Time For Mud Work

We are ready for Mud work and finishing. Floors are picked out, cabinets are on their way, and last night the counter tops were measured, so we will know how much to order. Mud work should start by this week and we will be working outside on the handrails and preparing for final grade work and gutters while the mudder is working.

More Dry Wall and Insulation

The Fire Rated Drywall is finished in the garage and next weekend we will move on to the rest of the first floor. We are installing the insulation also and it is one of my least favorite jobs to do but we need to insulate the best we can and not cut any corners with the insulation. If we spend the money now, we will save on heating and cooling in the long run.
